Local Action—Wake Up!

America is pissed. Trump is pissed. I’m pissed. And all rightly so after the release of the Durham report.

How do we get our country back and our duly elected POTUS?

The “missteps” Durham said have been fixed are still in place (don’t kid yourself).

The FBI needs to be completely shut down and it must happen in any new administration that enters the WH. Ideas about reform are fine but not until a complete shut down occurs.

All party’s political candidates running for POTUS must have the complete restoration of faith in the federal government as their top priority. No more games.

And people that committed crimes such as treason and/or sedition against the American people must be held accountable (all of them). There will be no statute of limitations and no rocks to hide under.

My lawsuit against the DOJ and the EOP (and others) aside, if the DOJ doesn’t go after those who perpetrated these crimes (including the current POTUS), we no longer have a system of Justice that is responsive to the needs of the American people. The Rule of Law that I fought for will be dead.

We either have a fair, unbiased and functioning justice system or we live under the yoke of tyranny ruled by a small group of oligarch elites who want to dictate how we will live as a nation.

Wake up America!

Had the privilege of attending the Western Hemisphere Security Forum on January 18th, where I discussed the growing influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Panama and the Caribbean—a serious threat to U.S. national security. I also touched on the ongoing conflict between globalism and freedom.

CIA Propagandizing Americans

The Intelligence Community

The United States “Intelligence Community” (“IC”) consists of 18 intelligence organizations. Of these, only the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI should focus on activities occurring within the United States. The CIA, in particular, is supposed to have no responsibilities or operations within the United States. However, the very nature of the CIA makes it impossible for Americans to know in real time what the CIA is doing domestically, especially with respect to propagandizing Americans. However, eventually, as Shakespeare wrote, the “truth will out,” and it has now been demonstrated that the CIA has not followed this limitation on its activities.

Reissuing the Schlesinger Directive

Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (USA-Ret.)

Now that a Joint Session of Congress has certified the vote of the Electoral College and declared President Trump the winner (winning 312 electoral votes to only 226 for Kamala Harris), the 2024 Presidential election process has finally ended. While Democrats made the tactical choice not to again raise their insurrection charge against President Trump, that tells us nothing about what will happen when President Trump takes over on January 20.

To be sure, some of the most controversial officials — like FBI Director Christopher Wray, ATF Director Steven Dettelbach, and U.S. Attorney for D.C. Matthew Graves who ruthlessly pursued January 6 protestors — have headed for the hills. And the rest of the Biden high command will leave at noon on January 20. However, no one should assume that there will be a peaceful transition within the departments and agencies.

The long, dark nightmare of the Biden-Harris Administration is about to end. Now, it is incumbent for President Trump to evaluate realistically the type of government he will be inheriting. Before he assumes office, President Trump will take the only oath specified in the U.S. Constitution, required of all incoming presidents:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
