Andrew’s Law (Do Not forget this law or this young man’s name) – is an UNLAWFUL GROOMING OFFENSES ACT, and is named after Andrew Koscik, who, as a teenager, was sexually groomed by his teacher, until his courageous mother, Michelle Peterson, discovered the horrific circumstances that he had endured.
Once exposed, Peterson’s fight to have her son’s groomer incarcerated lasted over three years, from 2010 to 2013. The predator was eventually convicted on two Illinois charges: solicitation of a minor and grooming.
This 2013 grooming conviction turned out to be the first in the United States and has since been used as a precedent in grooming cases in other states.
Michelle has taken her battle to protect her son to the next level and is now weighing in to protect the sons and daughters of other mothers and fathers. This is another example of how one person can make a national impact.
Our children are our future and when we take them seriously, we can change the world for the better.
We all need to be like Michelle — Never ever give up on our kids. Believe in them, believe in yourself and fight for your children (our children).

Had the privilege of attending the Western Hemisphere Security Forum on January 18th, where I discussed the growing influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Panama and the Caribbean—a serious threat to U.S. national security. I also touched on the ongoing conflict between globalism and freedom.
Meeting many distinguished dignitaries, including The Honorable Santiago Peña, President of the Republic of Paraguay, was an honor.

The long, dark nightmare of the Biden-Harris Administration is about to end. Now, it is incumbent for President Trump to evaluate realistically the type of government he will be inheriting. Before he assumes office, President Trump will take the only oath specified in the U.S. Constitution, required of all incoming presidents:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
