ATTENTION!
What does this “COUP” mean for America moving forward?
America is essentially at a pivotal moment closing in on our 250th year of existence and we have now experienced our first visible attempt from inside our own government to overthrow and destroy our constitutional republic.
SO WHAT?
Our next phase must be to start the healing process in order to heal the nation from this attempted overthrow of our country.
The only way to start the healing process is to face up to the causes our nation has sustained throughout this coup attempt and destroying these causes.
That starts with JUSTICE & ACCOUNTABILITY.
If there is no justice & accountability for those who directed and actively participated in this coup, our nation cannot move forward. We must resolve in ourselves that if we want to remain a nation of laws, we must follow them.
A famous historian once said, “A great nation will not be conquered from without until it has destroyed itself from within.”
Let’s hold people accountable for their egregious actions directed from within. Otherwise, they will feel emboldened to attempt it again (and soon).
