We must consider shutting down the CIA and radically reforming the FBI. In addition to these two actions, all of these people mentioned in this newest release should be held accountable in some form or fashion.

2. All must lose their security clearances permanently.
3. None should touch anything remotely related to government contracts.
4. Banned for life from ever serving in or at any level of government office.
